Adverts covering post responses today

Hello guys
I have never seen this before, whole posts being replaced by a giant banner with a huge amount of white space below it.
You have to click on the banner, say it is irrelevant or whatever, and only then will it go away and allow you to see the post beneath it. See the image attached here.
