Intel Bay Trail/Atom vs the rest

From the number of cut price tablets that are going on sale at the moment, it seems that Intel is making a concerted effort to become a major player in the market with it's Bay Trail/Atom SOC's.

With 64 bit processing and the potential to run full Windows as well as Android, do you see Intel as a threat to ARM/the rest in the near future?

I have windows 10 on my windows tablet and its an improvement over 8.1 but it still feels awkward compared to android. Unless intel can match other tablets prices they probably wont be worth it.

I want a windows tablet that can boot up android as soon as i take it off the keyboard dock, that would be cool
