beelink m8 2g/8g completely dead

after unplugged the device for a couple of days it just went completely dead when i wanted to use it again. Led wont light up. Tested the AC adapter on my beelink r89 and the AC adapter is good. So it is the box. Anyone else had the same problem? or some advice?

RMA process to the seller or send it back.

Same thing happened with me I have 2 of 3 of the round model dead. Hardly used them at all.

Couldn't fix it, but sended back to seller
