    hph tv box

    got a defective 4g/32g box(intermittent hdmi signal) and my return was lost registered mail. Usps rate was $15 without insurance or $45 with and I chose to take the gamble and lost. Hope you guys are enjoying yours

    You should just have tried a different HDMI cable and on a different HDTV.
    You could also have tried my custom ROM.
    Maybe you did?
    There is almost a less than 1/100 chance that you will receive a defective unit that can't be fixed with new firmware updates or different cables from a quality manufacturer.

      tried different rom, 3 different name brand high quality cables, and 3 tv's all the same. Of the 20 or so models I have had this is the first time for me.

        I am in the same boat as you. The HPH player I was returning seems to be lost in the mail. It would have cost $50.00 to send with tracking and they don't even offer insurance to China. I took the gamble and may have lost. Christmas is a busy time for the mail so I haven't given up hope.... yet.

        I have to say that communications with Nagrace has been good.

        Here's hoping.

          mine left chicago for China on oct 27, then nothing. Makes you wonder how suppliers can get product to us at a reasonable price yet when we try to return it's a crapshoot. Definitely makes you think twice about ordering again from China.

            make sure you have a 1.4 hdmi cable.... some tvs will not work without.... not all though

              I know it might not be very reassuring if I say I waited for some smartphones for 2 months to arrive, but give it a week or two more. Also, holidays are very close, in some countries closer than to other ones, so take that into account too. Sorry to hear your purchase went bad, but maybe you could also contact Tina, so the return process could speed up. She's been very nice and helpful during my purchase all to the end of package arrival. Just saying.

                Did you ever get this worked out? I ordered my UT3 thru Ugoos USA because they had local inventory(close to you) and return. I got freaked out about ordering from China after reading yours and others negative consequences.
                I'm still holding out hope for your situation.
                BTW Doesn't SquareTrade cover this type of gear? I'm going to see what they charge to cover my UT3 for a couple of years. My monitor IDs the UT3 as an A/V device(as opposed to PC), so I guess I'll apply under that category.

                  In my case it took 2 months but my TV finally made it to China. Besides the long shipping time Nagrace has been great to deal with.

                    I just had to pay shipping and Tina sent me a replacement for my original lost one. She has been really great to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to order from her again.
