hy everyone. i got my new minix neo x7 that i bought online. it not turning on (no blue light and no hdmi signal on tv). i tried to change the adapter from other minix neo x7 that i have but no change.

simple test the 'Reset' Button (little hole) with a paperclip on backside for flexibility. You must hear or feel a 'click-point' by pushing this button. The next what you can do, try to press this button and hold it and press the power button with holding it. See a boot-screen on tv via hdmi = ok. If not = bad (damaged box).
