mask mode

try this, download the correct rom make sure it is an image file, the type that you flash with the rk batch tool, make sure you are plugged into the charger at all times, open both the rk batch tool and the finless flash tool, i am guessing you used the finless tool when attempting to flash the first time, so again we are guessing, that perhaps a kitkat rom was initionaly used or perhaps not but i would use the latest kitkat rom for this attempt , do the pin thing to get you into mask mode, very important that you are actualy in mask mode { this was my mistake } it will if memory serves me right come up in large writing at the bottom of the finless tool stating you are in mask mode, erase nand , make sure you are using the kitkat rom to erase the nand ,if it does not count down the first time attempt another erase or even another, if you get a successful erase then MOVE TO THE RK BATCH TOOL and flash the correct rom with this.

it is of course always risky when flashing so perhaps someone on here can back up what i have said before you attempt it.

Well I Rased and erased and erased and erased...
All I get is this:

5 seconds after i press erase IDB i get the ok popup. It takes at least 30 seconds in my M9 Pro so it souldn´t be that fine.

You are right Randy, I should have a exact match of nands.

Any other suggestion guys?
I noticed it shorts on 1-2 pins and on 11-12.
Strange never heard of this before

Rileys didn´t work either. Nor M9 wifi old pcb 4.2.2_20130529.img with rktools.
This is pipo m9max with 1 nand. So i guess its old pcb right?

Need to sleep now.
Any help on procedurewould be awsome.

Update:

Well i can´t seem to put it in mask mode anymore, (I couldn´t even get it out of it so...)
I can erase IDB and everything else but allways get:

Download file failed
Run Failed

I can no longer see the pingus screen from the video above, it does not power the screen at this point.
I don't know if it worth, but the power light does not stay fixed, only a 1sec blink when i connect dc. If I short the battry pins it lights, but then it shuts down again (the red power led) I guess it means batteries are full.
Just adding more data to this experience.

BTW What Loader should i get?
I could really use some help now guys.

Should I open a new thread???
