internal sdcard not mounting and recovery menu not displaying ?

Hi,
I have a W13 Pro which was working ok so far (initial firmware, rooted with TPSparky tool and I had added google Play, etc.)
All the sudden, I had the message "sdcard not mounted" and "checking sd card". I tried to simultaneously hold the Vol Down button and Power button, but I can't reach the recovery menu: I can see the android logo and its green bar progressing, but when reaching the end, the tablet reboots by itself (even if I keep holding the buttons).
I tried to plug in in USB to PC, but I can't access it and it does not seem to be viewed by TPSparky.
I also tried to go to settings/developper and check if the usb debugg is still ok, but when clicking on this menu, android freezes and ask me to close settings app.

Any idea of what I can do ? Maybe I do things wrong to reach the recovery menu ?
NB: when android is loaded, I can still view the external sd card.
