Touchscreen sensitivity issue with stylus (Cube 9X)

Hi,

I bought a Wacom Bamboo stylus for my Cube 9X to practice Japanese writing with but a ran to an unexpected problem. The touchscreen is not sensitive enough for my stylus resulting in interrupted lines and just generally being pain in the butt.

The stylus works great with other devices.

I'm rocking the amazing 1.8 rom from 900supersport. Does anybody have the same issue? would upgrading to a version 2.0 help?
And lastly,is there any way to increase touchscreen sensitivity on my current rom?

I don't think you can do much here via the software.
What you could try is peeling off part of the screen protector and check if that increases sensitivity to the stylus. If it works, you may want to consider peeling it off altogether.
Don't know of any other reason the stylus won't work.
