Help: firmware for MK809III

Is there any possibility (Software, Windows7) for downloading firmware from a MK 809III (RockUSB) device? Perhaps i can lend such a device to get it

My MK 809III does not start - i cannot see anything on TV when power on and so i donot know, what happens. I flashed, but perhaps wrong Firmware - i need NTFS

I donot know, what firmware i shall use, to get this device working. Every i tried didnt change behavior.
I would prefer rooted

CPU is RK3188-T
