Looking for help making a custom ROM.

Hello,

I am looking to hire a developer who can help me with an issue I have.
I have a s802 mali 450 with 1GB 8GB and it is having problems running XBMC with iStream add-on, I have run the same set up on other s802 boxes and it runs nice and quick.
I was hoping that someone could modify the ROM from the good s802 to run on the slow s802 or maybe you might already have a custom ROM.

Anyway any help or advice would be appreciated as I have given up trying to get the manufacture to solve the problem.

CPU Cortex A9 ARMv7 (VFPv3 Neon)
GPU Mali 450mp
Android 4.4.2
Wireless AP6210
RAM 1GB
Storage 8GB

It's the same board that the Keedox uses except the Keedox has more RAM.
But pretty sure the ROM I just made for it will work on your board.

One thing I notice though in your picture. Why is the not reset button behind the AV port hole? Without having that, you can have issues flashing if you soft brick the board.

Thanks for the reply, we tried to use the rom you sent and it seemed to load ok but after rebooting we are not getting a video signal but the remote is working - power on/off.

And as you noticed the reset button is missing, there is a reset button on the other side of the board but it is not having any affect.

Is there anything else we could try?

Solder wires to the 2 pads where the reset button should be and see if it will boot into recovery.
