Mysterious 'Big lots' tablet..

I just went on their website and I saw this advertised for $79.99...

I've never heard of Diablotek but I wonder if it's (yet another) polaroid-like Tab...the specs I can find say it's an Allwinner A10 with actually better specs than the Polaroids...

I read a couple of positive reviews on this. Had to display unit in hand, decided to purchase, opened up the box at the register and... no tablet!!!! (And they wouldn't sell me the display) Oh well, ended up getting the Nextbook *se.

yeah, and the funny thing is I went to three different Big Lots to find it. The cashier said that she heard it was better than the Nextbook which I ended up getting at yet ANOTHER B/L, but so far I've been satisfied.

Lol, until recently I always said the same thing. Then I graciously reminded her that the bills are paid, her and the kids and I have clothes, food, and shelter, and that God has been good to us.She has been very good about letting me get my gadgets since.

Marriage is good (still formulating a plan to share it with her lol!), D2 is better. I really like it so far. 1.2 Ghz, 1 Gig RAM. It's rooted and I can put market on it, however I noticed it has the same dpi problem our 701C's first had with GB (and how the resolution was fixed with the ICS update), even though it has ICS on it. I think I remember reading how someone had fixed it through some build.prop settings, but my bigger issue is downloading the stock img and pulling the crap out of it (there are SO many fricking default apps that SUCK on it, bogging it down), plus I'm tempted to remap the vol up/down buttons to act more like the Polaroid ones. I *do* however have to not let my AAADD (Advanced Age Attention Deficit Disorder lol) get the best of me because I want to continue working on 'elektricity' ROM for our beloved Polaroids.

just flashed Jellybean to my old HTC Evo, there is one post on here about a mythical JB Rom for the Nextbook, but I think I already have it good with GB on there, so don't want to push my luck

I ended up having to return that tablet-display started intermittently flickering after only 1 day of use. I think I'll wait a while and focus on my trusty Polaroid until Big Lots starts selling dual core tabs :-)
