I have a M8 right now but when im playing games like Asphalt 8 and Dungeon Quest it freezes... really annoying.

Well,it's a good questions, however,it is also an easy questions.

for game the rk3288 with mali-t760 is best. in all of the tv boxes i have tried, the game performance in rk3288 is best. however for xbmc support, rk3288 is weak than the amlogic s802 or s812 chip.

however amlogic just use the mali-450 gpu.
maybe you should wait a little longer, and check in 2015.

Edit: found this box it has the mali-t764 gpu quad-core its the Tronsmart Orion R28 PRO

XBMC works well on it too ill look deeper into it.

Does nVidina worth its money? I am asking, because I want to buy one Android box tv for my needs like:
- Mostly for watching movies, series, maybe some live tv.
- Download some movies to external hard drive, which would be connected to box.
- From time to time I would play some game like Forsaken world mobile is and was wondering what box would run game like this?

Also, what box have good support for custom roms, etc. It's my first time buying box like this, so I don't want to spend too much money, but also I don't want to buy something ultra cheap, thats why I asked if nVidia Shield tv is worth its money.

Difference in price is not big, but what about performance? How is for example i68 vs nVidia? Thats why I asked if nVidia worth its money, or we pay extra amount of $$ because of name?

@DennisDee: You can't really compare the NVidia Shield TV box with the MXIII-G - it usually costs around $200 while you can currently purchase a 2/8GB MXIII-G for ~$50. The NVidia Shield TV has a much more capable processor which scores around 75000 in Antutu versus 35000 for the MXIII-G. The Tegra X1 has 256 graphics cores vs 8 in the S812.so the X1 is going to destroy the S812 in terms of graphics intensive gaming etc.

For most streaming applications you do not require the performance of an NVidia Shield TV and I think you will be pretty happy with the cheaper MXIII-G type devices. I have the older S802 based MXIII M82 and I am still happy with it even though it has been replaced by newer and slightly faster devices such as the MXIII-G. I use it to stream from Kodi, Hulu, Netflix, Mobdro, Showbox, MovieHD etc. I am using a cheap AF106 (~$9) airmouse to control the unit which also functions as a really cost effective and functional Wii type game controller. The AF106 has an internal accelerometer and gyroscope which support many of the popular android games such as Riptide GP 2, Beach Buggy Blitz, Turbofly 3D, Shine Runner etc. as well as many 3D balancing type games such as Rolling Seed or Labyrinth 2 Lite. I think you would get a lot of enjoyment out of this really simple gaming setup.

I recently purchased a set of red/cyan paper glasses for ~$1-50 on Aliexpress and have been testing the 3D performance on some movies, LG Cinema 3D TV demos etc. Having watched the same demos on several of the LG Cinema 3D TV sets I must say that there isn't a huge difference in terms of quality and I think you would be quite impressed with the results.

Another thing I would like to ask (I removed nVidia from my list), what about Beelink i68? So, s812 processor vs Rockchip RK3368. What is better in TV world? Which one of these processors have better Custom rom support?
