M8 Quad Core Android TV Box

I have a M8 Quad Core Android TV Box and I flashed it with the wrong firmware now each time I try to flash the correct firmware I get this, 'see photo'
anyone know how to put this right or do I bin the m8

I have tried putting the image onto the micro card and booting up and a pin in the reset button method but to no avail as there is not any otg port

.img= installation via pc+update tool not sd card

download upgrade tool from link ,use usb port to connect as a otg port ,press and hold reset button while connecting to the pc

P.s I'm assuming its a square M8 box!

yes its a square M8N Box but cannot connect via usb port

unplug power lead of m8,start burning tool, press and hold reset,connect usb connect power lead....
