Vidon won't touch the hardware business,, they will focus on the software, and give people the best xbmc experience.

so Egreat A9 might use their xbmc version, but definite not the vidon box.

Vidon confirmed that they have some partnership with Egreat on this one; this makes the Egreat A9 unit quite interesting.

Just got a confirmation form Egreat too: Egreat and Vidon joined forces and now they are pooling resources.
Their R&D team is working on all the things we expect from them : Blu-ray Menu(Navigation & ISO/DBMV), 7.1 HD Audio Passthrough, etc.

We'll be reviewing an Egreat A9 unit when it will be ready.
