How I got Full WiFi signal in UG802 withou opening it

    Hi Folks!

I'm from Brazil and got my UG802 this week. Such a powerfull device!

My unit had the same WiFi issues you have already posted here, but after several tests I think I solved my problem without the need of opening my unit.

There was no way for me to get full WiFi signal (no "excellent" status on wireless configurantion) using the supplied HDMI cable and power adapter even the router was in the same room as the UG802. Things changed since I pluged it directly to television HDMI port and used the microusb cord to power it from my Samsung LED TV UN40B6000 USB port. That solved ALL my problems, including the 2,4Ghz mouse and keybord distance slowdowns.

Think they two, HDMI cable and power adapter supplied causes interferences in 2,4Ghz frequency affecting both WiFi and wireless mouse/keyboard.

    Hope to help someone.

For those whose TV USB can provide adequate power, it's the best way, perhaps.
