Can anyone help me please

I have just received my cube 9tx u65gt but I've run into an error already. There isn't any recovery installed (boots into android with red icon) and can't use flashtool on my pc as it picks the device up then loses connection straight away. I've gone through the process of installing the drivers and have changed several us cables but it's still the same.

I've managed to root it but then can't flash twrp recovery though any app as it comes back to android with the red icon.

I'm not a noon at this sort of thing but even I have come to a dead end.

If anyone can help me I would be very great full

you simply still have the stock recovery!

First of all you need to open SP_flashtool, select the TWRP recovery you want to flash and PRESS DONWLOAD button.
ONLY NOW you need to connect the tablet to the PC in COMPLETE OFF state (no standby!).

if still doesn't work, tell me which Windows version are you using, I could help you more.

I would have thought the red icon indicates an error as there are no other options on the screen

With the flash tool my windows 7 64 picks it up but then disconnects it straight away

I set up flashtool clicked firmware upgrade and then inserted tablet to my pc. The room I flashed had cwm so then done needed wipes in that to then install lepis rom. All works perfect now. The only thing I can't do is use ps3 controller as a blutooth ganepad. I have gone through all the relevant steps and van use it with an otg cable. But on blutooth I get nothing
