TV Box to stream from windows share & Netflix mostly?

I've got like 1GB of movies on my windows server. But I've read that mounting a CIFS share on Android can be painful. I want it to surf, Netflix, Youtube and all that also. I don't want it laggy. Most of all I don't want *PAIN*. I've been a network geek for about 20 years. I get my pain at work, I don't want to deal with it watching TV What are my options? Say for $150 or less? A real keyboard mouse would rock. These eyes are too old for micro funky stuff. I've already got accounts on Geekbuying, Fasttech, Gearbest, and other classy sites :P And don't exclude "Normal" stuff. I just don't know what's out there. TYVM for any advice! Oh, and I have wife and 7 & 8 year olds that need to use it. They are savvy, but still. I have GB ethernet wired to everything.

well, to be honest most Android TV boxes could look like "pain" on first use.
For 1TB of movies via CIFS/SMB you don't need anything special, any TV box mentioned here on Freaktab that has a Gigabit Ethernet port and a *working* XBMC implementation should be more than enough for your needs.
