Wow so my FW was that old? I just got the box not even a month yet. And just found about about this site recently. Great site and lot to learn with all those box. confuse me

So I guess JustMe or Finless1.8 ROM should work on my box?

Yes I did and trying to figure which is which for my box. Finally I dare to open the box and board label as M9&M8_v0.92 dated 2014/03/12 Chip was AP6330

OK, got a Skystreamx as a gift. The firmware was the version which has an issue where it dropped network connection every 20 minutes. Emailed Skystreamx, no response. Emailed Elite Mods, there responded, "Prove you bought it from US"

So I try many different firmwares, the box appears to be a M8N

This is what worked for me...

Use USB Burning tool to install
PROBOX2-EX_20150801

Then use toothpick recovery mode method to install upgrade from SD card
PROBOX2-EX_20150801 -sdcard

Then upgrade kodi to v16 from kodi download page
