M8 amlogic update roms

Hi to all, first at all i would like to say hello from Quebec, Canada....i'm new in the market of android tv device and i own a M8 amlogic ott (mbox) since a month ago...i have the square model 2gb/8gb mali 450 (model number K200) android version 4.4.2. My device is program with xbmc gotham 13.1 and the firmware is june 2014....i would like to update with justme roms 1.5 v2 and new firware. I have some question

1- if i want to do backup from my system before upgrade i use sdcard fat32 and i realise the back up from xbmc manager?? (it's already done since last night).


2- If i install justme rom 1.5 v2 for M8 square model what is the process, extract file on sd card (fat32), unplug device hold push the reset button in audio video and replug the device...and after that what is the process (link or other with example pls), i haved done some research on the site but i cant found nothing with explain process for install rom

3- After the installation of the new rom ihave new firmware and gotham 13.2 in the device??

4- Finally in this rom kit can i have access in the home menu of m8 device to my setting device, googleplay.....like my original device when i bought (windows style or anything like that home menu)

Pretty new to this myself but last night added the justme 1.5. You have the process, keep your pin on the reset, plug it in and hold pin their until your recovery screen appears.
Find the sd card and install the rom.
It was late last night so I haven't tested too much. But my 1st opinions are very high. It seems to be a tweaked minix 7 rom. XBMC is there (minix version). The windows 8 style launcher with options to add multiple choice xbmc versions on home screen (xbmc, tvmc, kodi).

If you get the xbmc launcher from play store you can boot straight into the your choice of addon.

Looking forward to getting home and trying it out properly tonight.

Hello last night I installed the rom justme 1.5 v2 for square M8. Everything seems to work except xbmc when I try to open it, it opens and closes right away .... I tried 3 times to install the rom, and before each test I reinstalled the September firmware, then reinstalled the Rom 1.5 v2 of justme and I still have the same problem, xbmc will not open .....what's going on!!!
