    Batery percentage issue

My Cube 9X was affected by this issue from first day.
Tried all firmwares (stock and modded) provided by Brian and Lepi but with no help.
After a few hours on idle, battery percentage will stuck for an unknown time (longer time in idle = battery peracentage will stay stuck for loger time)
Few days ago @Giounchino said in latest v2.0 version battery problem was solved...that's true in some ways.
Flashed latest chinese stock ROM (12.15.2014) from here http://bbs.51cube.com/thread-97664-1-1.html but with no luck until last night when I changed default launcher(Cool launcher) with Google Now launcher https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...droid.launcher.
Tablet was left with 39% battery during night time.. after 8 hours still on 39%, but right after I turned screen On battery decrease to 38% in a few seconds.
I don't know if that was due to launcher or activation of Google Now in tablet settings, but for sure battery is no longer stuck for me.
I think this issue could be eliminated from all firmwares with Google Now Launcher followed by Google Now activation in settings.
I think here are a lot of us with this problem and will be helpfull for everyone if we share our experience on this issue.
I'll add some screenshots later with battery stats, now I'm pretty busy.

I fixed mine by keeping it on until it shut down by itself then charging it to 100% while it was off.

That should recalibrate an improperly calibrated battery...

I haven't experienced any battery related problems on MediaTek hardware... but on RockChip hardware, I have found that an improperly connected battery cable, will cause incorrect battery level readings, resulting in incorrect charge levels, failure to charge correctly, and sudden shutdowns without a battery level warning, because the battery suddenly reaches zero, while Android still reports the charge to be much higher...

If the device is easy to open, you might want to verify that the battery plugged in completely and securely and that the battery cable is not damaged. Even a battery plug that is not completely seated in the socket can cause the problems I described.

Please try to charge tablet with a good quality charger.

According to my knowledge Cube does not bundle chargers with tablets. So the seller adds its own charger, usually a low quality one. So maybe trying to charge tablet with a good quality charger will solve your battery issues.

I tried all kind of chargers, trust me, it is not caused by that.

I tried different chargers, the problem still exists!

Did you try repeating the whole process of discharging to 0% and then charging to 100% (leave it a little longer plugged in even when it hits 100%, the device automatically demands less amperage from the charger the closer it gets to 100% so no worries about damaging it) while it is off? Do this at least twice in a row.
If it still won't work after that, then I got no clue.

If you turn on Google Now combined with Google cards https://support.google.com/websearch...541?hl=en&rd=1 battery will no longer get stuck. In link^^you'll find how to activate all those features.
Unfortunately for you and lucky for me my Cube 9X 32GB was sold yesterday so I don't have those promised screenshots.
This was one of weak points for 9x in my opinion...so, I'm waiting next week a new T9.

What do you mean by "turn on Google Now combined with Google cards" exactly? Is it enought that I just turn Google Now on? I don't need Google Now Launcher or any other features (cards)?

I think they are suggesting that the battery reporting / charging problems are related to bugs that exist in the code of the stock launcher app and switching to an alternative launcher app such as the Google Now Launcher may resolve the issues.

hope that you sold "well" your 9x, because in my opinion is not worth to go from a 9x to a T9...There are not enough stronger point on T9...

                              Launcher problem?

So do you think that if I change launcher for example to Nova Launcher the battery problem could be solved?
