SAR and CE certificates/test reports for Cube Talk 9X

Hello,
I have got the SAR values and reports, and the CE certification and test reports for the Cube Talk 9X. Maybe for you Germans?

The maximum value omitted in the whole of testing was 1.8115W/kg.

This value (1.8115W/kg) is MAX value when using 3g+wifi+hotspot together and it is still under 2. When using wifi only, SAR value is under 0.1

the high sar values for cube talk9x are not much of a concern. High sar values are a problem only when you put your tablet to your ear. With the bulky talk9x thats practically impossible, so you have to use some kind of a hands free (or speakerphone) device.

that makes the SAR value irrelevant as with signals, doubling the distance attenuates the power by the square root..
