ug802 can't boot up

It was working for a few days. Now it can't seem to boot.
On the TV it only show "R-BOX" and that it.

How to fix it? Please help.

Are you on the stock Rom?
Are you using a 2A wall power supply?
Have you done any previous flash rom attempts?

Give some more background about your unit?

"R-BOX" logo would be a stock firmware.
Sounds like a power supply problem... thats my guess.

Standard new out of the box. Running using USB port of TV to power it. Running fine for a few days.

Power supply problem? How to test?

The TV usb power port is the problem.
Must use the 2A wall power adaptor that shipped with the unit.
The unit needs the full 2A to work properly.

No. it is not the power supply problem.

Cracked open the case, short and force a PC flashing of the 1.4a ROM.
Back to live again, powered by TV USB port, so far so good.

ug802 stuck on blue android after rom 1.4 atempt

Hello, got one this week, and after reading a little got excited about getting the app store working. Picked the ROM 1.4 figured start with basics, but now UG sits on Blue Android screen and that's it. any suggestions??
