Talk 9X U65GT serial number ? (Lepi/900Supersport)

Hello,

i bought two weeks ago a Talk 9X U65GT white with 32 GB. I want to flash a customrom from Lepi or 900 Supersport. I read that the serialnumber must be greater then B 1426XXXXXXX (year 2014 week 26).
At the backside of my cube there is an other serialnumber : T9x201410180149. Has someone experience with flashing such a tablet an can recomend me a rom for this number ?
or can someone explain me from wich week is my cube ?

Are you sure?

Are you sure that you are looking the serial number from the right place? I am just wondering because the serial number should be written like this: "U65GT32GB14301234567", 14=year, 30=week. Serial number can be found from the back side of the tablet. Check this post with pics (link).

Are you even sure that you have bought Talk 9X. There is also Cube T9 and in yours serial number there is T9.

Hi, the serial number of my cube talk 9x 32gb white (purchased in december 2014) has the same format (http://i57.tinypic.com/jj4mde.jpg). I flashed Lepi's rom 2.0.1 that is meant for serial numbers greater than B1426XXXXXXX and everything has been ok with the tablet.

thanks for the anwsers. Yes I am looking at the right position and it is realy a Cube Talk 9X U65GT . My Cube 9x is looking exactly same like the picture troedi has posted.
Is this a new Hardwarerelease or has Cube only changed the format of the serialnumber ?

Are you sure it is a U65GT? Never seen a white 32 Gb model... Moreover with such S/N... It seems a fake device to me...

Can you post some pictures of your tablet? Try to take very detailed pictures if you can. What does CPU-Z and AnTuTu etc. say? How much is AnTuTu score?

As it is the same matter (I ordered at the same shop), I will go on here. Thanks to Vohukain for giving me the link to this thread.

Since I don´t know if it is an original Cube Tablet I haven´t installed any Apps on the device. So I can´t say anything about AnTuTu or CPU-Z.
I have attached some pictures that are showing the Tablet, packing and its content.

I already asked the shop to confirm the authenticity because I have the same opinion as giouncino. They only replied that they received it from their supplier.
2 days go I also wrote an email to Cube to confirm the authenticity but unfortunately they haven´t replied till now.

I found the followig differences to pictures in the web:

• Serial number is missing
• "QC Passed" sticker right next to the printing is missing
• The RAM Size is written on the back
• The space between the "9" and the "X" at the printing on the backside is larger than on pictures shown on several Websites
• The packing hasn´t any printing like "acube"
• The colour of the printing at the back is brighter than seen on other pictures

To me that looks like very good copy if it is fake. However I found couple differents:
- The box is different. My box looked like this and this (check also the packing frames inside) if I remember right
- My user manual is different. In my manual there is written "product specification" and no picture of Talk 9X. It is like in this picture.
- You don't have the screen protector sticker in your tablet. In my tablet sticker looked like this (if I remember right). It has also looked like this when there was 40k AnTuTu score (fake, real score is little bit over 30k) mentioned
- My micro-usb adapter is black. I don't know does that matter at all...

EDIT: Did you got VIP card, Cube's warranty card and the black hexagon thing (picture) with the tablet. If not, I believe it is fake.

I did also some measurements of my tablet (white, 16Gb, IGZO screen, 1430 batch). Take a look:

Back cover of genuine cube talk 9x is alluminum FOR SURE. Myefox often is not so reliable, I suggest you to send it back asking for a complete refund and buy it elsewhere!

I also bought a month ago a Cube Talk 65GT 32gb white sent from France from Tabouf, another name for Efox-shop. The back is made of aluminium, serial # is T9X201410180656, same as Troedi and wusel. All measurements are exactly same as described by Vohukain except that Cube's brand on the back is somewhat smaller as the original.
I had no Cube's VIP card, the cardboard box doesn't mention anything except the sticker (http://cjoint.com/?EBpmSXI29fV), there is also a second sticker with barcode 862823021678455 same as lernfabrik's one. Kernel, baseband and build are same as [u]'s one. Antutu give me that score: http://www.cjoint.com/15fe/EBpmVxKzG4r.htm; What do you think of it ?
Does anyone have an official explanation from Cube ?
