Talk 9X slow and Screen grainy

Hello, yesterday I received my Talk 9x. Besides that the Screen is not that awesome (grainy) I have the feeling that the Tablet is not very fast. I installed both Lepi and Supersport Roms but I'm not that impressed. The System still feels a bit slow and laggy.

Any hinds to improve the Speed?

Some Cube Talk 9X tablets suffer from grainy screen issue. You can check more information from here. Not every tablet suffer from that issue. My tablets screen (16Gb, white, serial number 1430) is perfect.

I have never noticed that my Talk 9X is laggy or slow (stock V2.0). Although I do not play games. It is true that Talk 9X doesn't run 2.0Ghz. It is running 1.66Ghz. Also the over 40k AnTuTu score was fake. The real AnTuTu score is something like 27k. However I think that Talk 9X is amazing!

amazing is a bit to enthusiastic All new Models will have that problem so Cube should think about it!
I could open it but it is a bit risky also for an 200€ Tablet...
I tried Light Shadow Racing and it feels not that smooth, as an Octa Core should be! I really like the build Quaility but its a bit heavy!

Bottleneck

I mean amazing for under 200€. I think that the problem is GPU on gaming. CPU is very good but GPU is little bit old. It is the bottleneck...

ok I agree, but the GPU should handle "normal" games pretty good. It's ok if Dead Trigger or Modern Combat are not working great... But also WWE Supercard doesn't run well and it's a Cardgame

More or less the screen is more the Problem, and with that I'm unhappy!

ANTUTU results with version 5.6 is 30.000 points.

Talk 9x is NOT a game tablet, it could be used for casual games but it has been designed as a good allround tablet, if some of you chose this tablet for games performed the wrong choice! Cortex A7 for CPU and Mali 450 are NOT suitable for heavy games.
A fantastic game machine is Xiaomi miPad or Nvidia Shield tablet, the very best game tablet machine shall be equipped with a tegra K1...

I know that it is not a gaming beast, but the games I mentioned are not that hard to handle!
It would be a good allround tablet if the screen is not that grainy ;(

my screen is perfect.
I continue to think that 9x is the very best chinese tablet I've ever seen.
In my office we bought 5 cube talk 9x and all are PERFECT!

Some users tested asphalt 8 without any issue, this is not a light game, as far as I know.

another example: a RK3288 tablet have had issues with jungle heat (not an heavy game): no problem for our cube talk 9x!

Like I said before: "IGZO screen doesn't mean automatic that you have grainy screen. You can see grainy screen effect only if the inner film is poor quality or it is inserted poorly". I have IGZO screen and my tablet is manufactured after 1426. I still have perfect screen.

All the games I tried worked perfectly smooth with very good graphics .. Real racing 3 .. Fifa 14 .. Frontline commando D-day and others .. They all considered to be heavy games

I am relatively satisfied with the display - nice resolution and good contrast.

But from point of graphic performance, I am a little bit disappointed if compared e.g. with an old Ipad 1 which has way less cpu power.
I have a simple test: Select main screen or the apps screen. Touch on one app icon and move your finger from one side to the other in 1 second. If the icon always moves nearly close under your finger, wiping performance is good (Ipad1).
With the cube you can clearly see, that the icon moves with some delay. So you can even see the whole icon near your finger during the move.
