    4K OTT Tv Box M8 Player - Remote Control Issue

    Hi everyone im a newbie, i just need some help with all the experts here i hope you could help me if the below firmware will work on my android player? Sorry for the noob question. But for the moment is there a fix for the remote because its suddenly not working..i already change the battery but everytime i click nothing happens.

    ​JustMe v1.5 v2 port for EM8
    Finless 1.8 for EM8 Square Box

      Thanks man for the reply, i might try the just me version. But the link for the remote is not working i cant download it also will it work on any version of firmware on m8?

          Hey guys I'm new to site and have an issue. I got the ott 4k m8 box and flashed finless 2.1. Everything works fine except the remote. When I turn off box(red light comes on) if I wait like 20 mins I cannot turn back on box with remote. I have to unplug it. Is there a fix ? I have searched and searched with no results. I even tried updating the remote driver with one from link above

            Best running firmware for my OTT M8 version .92 for me so far but I haven't tried finless 2.1 yet.

              Everything works with the Droidsticks firmware. Unit turns on and off OK with the remote. I can now install apps that previously had 'can't install to your device error'
              One thing I found was that apps like Nova Launcher would only install on the SD card?? In the end I installed all my apps to SD card then used an app to allow transfer of apps between internal memory and SD card (& visa versa). So everything ok now - just need to find an e reader that can get books etc. from my home network???

                ^Thanks bro for the link will surely try that out, i have installed megatron v3 it works fine but my remote still wont work and now i cant access recovery mode using the reset button...: (
