What a waste of money
I'm using cs4k(3288)people on here say the minix and ugoos ut3 have good support but no hi def on netflix.pipo x7 has windows 8 .1 plus hi def netflix according to bob.fire tv seems pretty good too.it played well when I had it for a while.(tested for bro)

I guess your Lollipop issues are caused by the bold thing wrote in the OP of CM12/ATV builds: it uses ART so if dex2oat is running in the background EVERYTHING will lag, at first boot play store and play services (103MB package so compiling it takes a lot on the MX, like 2/3 minutes) will updated, and they will pretty much every week.
You should just relax and let it settle for an half hour, disable play store updates for regular apps and update them manually, knowing that you can't do anything while art compiles the apk.
Actually L runs much smoother than KK, unless dex2oat is doing stuff in the background, that's Google's programmatic obsolescence I guessWeTek Play
