Primal GV-20 ( MK808 Clone?) Firmware

Hi Guys,

Found a GV-20 Firmware. Which Im pretty sure is the same as MK808.. and Im starting to think the unit I bought could be a GV-20.. but it was advertised as a MK808.

Anyways, the features of this firmware is interesting.

Firmware changelog:

1. CPU frequency now set to 1.6Ghz.
2. Screen rotation in apps problem resolved.
3. Adjusted the "Enable ADB" option.
4. Improved WiFi signal stability.

Seems like they are trying to fix the WiFi as well, promised a V2 soon..

Thought maybe you guys would like to check it out? Finless?

Whats the difference between GV-20 and mk808, i only found a mk808 detail, any GV-20?

The hardware should be technically the same. Maybe minor differences, but nothing that would impact performance or connectivity.

see my thread here, as Im speculating that I actually have a GV-20. But was told that it was a MK808.
But there's no way to be 100% sure, as there is not much info out there, and mine does not have brand name.
