    The Minix Z64 is coming!

Just FYI, Minix told me they are releasing the Z64.
It will be in two models!
    - Windows 8.1 + Bing
    - Android

They are sending me both! Thanks Minix!

That's all I know so far!

The most obvious difference is that the minix is using the slower baytrail chip.

+64bit+remote+heatzink ...... dont know what version of windows and is it activated ?? if it isnt the price is to high, you could buy a baytrail nuc with 4gb ram and 64 gb ssd for that price, because the z64 with custom fees and taxes will cost approx. 235 $ here in denmark

Windows 8.1 Netflix app, IE11, Chrome 37+ all have HD support. There isn't a reason to think otherwise.

Only the processor is 64-bit, Windows and probably the UEFI/BIOS is more than likely to be 32-bit. It is Windows with Bing and it should auto activate.

The OS is not free actually. There is a nominal license fee ($30 in this case). Pipo is either absorbing the cost of Windows version or not following Microsoft terms.

Windows 8.1 w/ Bing is supposed to be free for hardware manufacturers.
