this must someting to do with some xml files in systemui.apk
but i don't change that because its to difficult because if its wrong systemui.apk won't work anymore.
and i don't have such tablet for testing by myself

can you make screenshots for me im curious

you know when the buttons splash when you push them they are white this time instead of blue
i'm looking for things to tell you so i'll play with it for awhile and let you know

ok i look for a fix for the battery.
then i upload the new systemui.apk

ok here is the new systemui.apk

rename the original to Systemui.apk.old and copy tis one and set permissions to rw-r-r like the original and reboot.
if it works you have the new battery.after rebooting

i think dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p2 is the cache
for the easy way we must know the mmcblk parts.
then we have a full dump of everything.

thats where my system.img came from .so when you checked it yesterday it was the full .img right?

ok if anyone needs to get a system.img from there galaxy tab here is what i done

make sure you have android sdk installed and the proper java it will tell you if you don't .

root your tablet from the link i posted in this thread.

plug your tab into your pc and turn on your usb .

bring up the command window

type in cd \program files\android\android-sdk\platform tools hit enter.

type in adb.exe shell hit enter.

you'll see shell@android:/ $

at the $ type su hit enter.

you'll see shell@android:/#

at the # type

dd if=/dev/block/mmcblk0p9 of=/sdcard/system.img hit enter.

this line should then repeat itself

now wait a couple of minutes and you will see some line of numbers coming up
like

2867200+0 records in
2867200+0 records out
1468006400 bytes transferred in 385.490 sec.

now you should have on your sd card a file that is your system.img

this worked on my tab galaxy tab 2 10.1 gt-p5113 p5113UEBLH3

forgot to say do first in cwm a factory reset first before install the zip.
and clean dalvik etc ok .and than install the zip.
its the best way.and correct way.

ok modded aokp jelly rom uploaded.
it has the snakegenmod and gp is added and some more things.

see if it will flash and boot.

ok snakey i could not wait , i had to try a rom so right now i've got the aokp jellybean

but i have not really set up my tab or anything so we can mess around with what you want to try and do ok .
and i want the mods from your snakegenmod to try out on this one too ok

this rom is ok so far i have just been looking to see if everything works .

but i for sure want you to try the cleaned up stock and we'll see how it works ok .
