Help Red Power Button Light?

    Help Red Power Button Light?

    I have 2 Q7 XT-Q7V-V10 boxes one doesn't power on, the other stays with the red power button light and doesn't come out of that. does anyone know how can i recover this boxes specially the one that won't come out of the red light power button. i press it and it does not turn blue. any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

    Maybe maskmode can help, but of course you need a fw for this box...

      Tried to put it on mmask mode with a needle and no luck, I think it might be because the driver is not installed for rk3188, it's there a way to install driver since my windows7 machine doesn't recognize the box when I connect via otg usb cable ?

        If the PC doesn't recognise the box also as "unknown device", then drivers doesn't help...

          Both your units are hardware issues and not software. The one that doesn't show red on the power button is dead. Most probably some component are burned. The other with power button lighted, the problem is with the power button. You have to change the power button or by pass it. This need some electronic diy skill.

            You can also "by pass it" by power at OTG (e.g. active HUB) ... every rockchip device I had would auto start at that situation...
