InstaBox Fantasy A8 4K identical to Tronsmart Draco AW80 ? Some questions and specs comparison inside.

Hello !
1st post, greetings @everybody.
After reading a lot, i´m about to buy my first android tv box.
I have chosen the Tronsmart Draco AW80 Telos but then i realized that i would have to import it and pay a lot for shipping + taxes.
After searching some more i found the InstaBox Fantasy A8 4K which seems to have (almost) exactly the same hardware. i can get this box (4GB/32GB as the telos) for 185€ incl. shipping, no bad deal.
The only difference i can see is that the instabox has no wifi antenna and has a different case (most likely plastic because its weight is much lower then the tronsmart device).

I would like to know:
-can i use roms or linux distros (in the future) made for the tronsmart draco on it? I would think yes but i never ever had an android tv box before so i´m not sure.
-does the instabox really have HDMI Version 2.0? i think i read somewhere that it is not possible with AW80 processor (maybe wrong)?
-can anybody confirm that it has miracast support.
-how loud is the box?
-any additional information and your opinion on the device.

1. looks like the same sun-chip pcb (as I know the only factory at the moment which produce the A80 box pcb)... but at the past we also found a80 fw which doesn't seems to work at the Tronsmart, but I don't know if these fw was for the box pcb...

2. I don't know from where you will get the device, so I have to ask, why are you sure you don't also have to pay tax/vat?
btw: in the past with normal mail I never had a problem with customs (declared as gift with 20 USD... shortest delivering time was 1 week, longest was 3 weeks) only with express via e.g. DHL...

I wouldn't trust them, e.g. the A80 only supports HDMI 1.4

Yes, thats another important point for me. When i order from china or elsewhere, it could be difficult to return the device if it's broken or i'm not satisfied with it. I placed a "best offer" ("Preisvorschlag" in german) of 165€. If i get it for that price, i'll write a report about it. If not i maybe take the risk of paying the tax and get the tronsmart instead, mainly because of the aluminium case and the rom question.

For non german ppl: 1 Monat Rücknahme means 1 month return to vendor.

The vendor declined my offer, so i changed my mind and ordered a rikomagic mk80 at usellisell, as i read on another thread they are shipping from europe too. With the freaktab discount, i payed 170€ incl. shipping. Now waiting for it to arrive...

The specs looks quite impressive, but I have to say the specs cannot represent the real performance of the box as many companies promote their box under the idea of 4K, but few support 4K 60fps, 4K in real sense. and for a decent 4k 30pfs box , I would suggest this one, http://www.tinydeal.com/tronfy-px309l8-p-154403.html
