i would like to ask if this windows based tv box would be able to passthrough hd audio(dts hd ma/true hd) to the receiver?? i think its a very important issue and i guess maybe the drivers will be a problem...not the hardware...is that true?

No you only get DTS/DD/DD+ and PCM 8 channels in Windows, though 32kHz-192kHz and 16-24bit audio is supported (so if you have HD audio decoded to PCM or a format like FLAC you'll get HD Audio output - but it won't bitstream). This is also true of the other Baytrail chips like the N2820 under Windows.
The N2820 supports HD Audio under Linux - however there aren't Linux drivers for the Z37xx series Baytrail-T HDMI Audio yet - so we don't know if it will be possible under Linux.
