Use imgRePacker_205 :
1) drag FILE "XXX.img" on "imgRePacker.exe".
2) delete FILE XXX.img.
3) drag FOLDER "XXX.img.dump" on "imgRePacker.exe".

If problems with your SDCARD, format it using - "HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool 2.2.3" (free tool, google it), then try again.

TIPS FOR ADDED BENEFITS:
Get Rom Toolbox (lite / free version is sufficient)
and then, via "CPU" button set:

* IO Scheduler:noop
* governor:performance

Also change , via "SD Booster"
SD Card cache size to 2048 kb


apply all of these and set also to "apply on boot"

Running of SD at present, runs well for me...may go in the Box
Netflix has the lines....
Lines Not so noticeable in Kodi or MX player at present.
Would not name it Hopeless, maybe could have been better
