Transferring Android OS + Apps (inc XBMC) from box to box

    Hey guys,

Need some help here. I want to install Kodi + additional Android apps on my TV box along with custom settings. In Kodi, I'll have several add ons and application, plus other tweaks enabled like zero cache for eg.

I want to do a full blown transfer from box to box which includes everything, the android apps, the settings, kodi and all of it's add ons and settings. Is there a simple solution of doing this?

I've done something similar with just xbmc. I tranferred the .xbmc folder and all it's subfolders to my USB and transferred it over to a new box but this method didn't include my shortcuts, personal settings, zero cache, etc.

At this point, I would like to figure out a way where I can set up one solid image and transfer it to other Android hardware boxes.

Hope someone can help with a solution!

    Thank you!

I've been looking to do something similar. From what I can tell this might be accomplished using TWRP (http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...mlogic-devices). I haven't tried it as of yet because I'm not sure if "TWRP 2.8.1.0 EM8 - Stane's kernel" is the right version for the boxes I'll be working with.

Update: TWRP might not fully work for what you are proposing as it does not backup data (http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...l=1#post272878)
