Wifi antenna replacement on mk808b

Hi all!

after many hours of readings I decide to replace the antennas of my original mk808b
because I can't plug it to my router using a lan to Ethernet adapter and I don t want to add usb wifi adapter (due to cost and kernel compatibility)

so I find a cheap 3bd antenna that I want so solder on my device in order to replace what I think to be the the origin of my weak and poor connection quality

here s my question:

do do I need to replace both antennas or only one is enough ?

i searched on many forums but can't find an answer
