How to Verify TV Stick Specs?

I just got a Rikomagic MK802IV with 2 GB RAM and 8 GB Flash. This is confirmed on the serial-code sticker on the device.

However, when I go to Settings → Storage → NAND Flash, I see:
    Total Space: 3.62 GB
    Available Space: 3.60 GB

Does this mean I was short-changed?

Probably not, some space is taken up by the OS/System/Apps/Restore. Like if you buy a laptop, it may had advertised a 200GB HD, but all of that space is not available because the OS is occupying it.
An app like CPU-Z will give you the details on your device. Clean Master and others will show some as well.
    Have fun.

Neither CPU-Z nor CleanMaster shed any light on the Internal Storage. CPU-Z just gave different values than shown by the Android > Setings > Storage > NAND Flash ..further confusing the issue.

I checked varios other system information apps, but I was unable to find one that sheds light on the total size and organization of the NAND Flash. Hopefully someone can point me to an app or procedure that does.
