create IMG file from OTA ZIP?

Hi!
I bought a TV box from this seller on **** a few months ago

Long story short, It never work well, google services wasnt installed and a fwe more bugs. They send an update which didnt make any difference so I tried to flash firmware for other devices. Some of them install ok, but the remote control doesnt work. At this moment, I cant use the device at all because i dont have any way to control the unit. And I dont have any original firmware to flash either. The only thing I have is the OTA update they sent me.

Can i create an IMG file to flash with Phoenixsuit from an OTA update?

Thx for replying. yes, the unit is not longer for sale and the seller withdrew from ****. It was an informative link anyway, Im still looking for a way to create an IMG file from an OTA update.

You could get more attention if you would tell which device you are talking about.
Maybe there is a custom rom that fits your device so you dont need to create an IMG of your OTA (dont know if/how that works).
