M8 getting hot and doesnt start

    Hello,
got my Ott M8 and it worked really fine the first 2 days.
Now, after plugging in it doesnt start anymore, no blue light but the box itself and the power supply are getting really hot...
Sending the unit back to china would cost too much so any ideas?

    Hi
If the power supply is getting very hot then too much current is being demanded, that would suggest a short.. if the M8 is getting hot also that would suggest a short on the M8 pcb rather than the power supply lead.. possibly a failed component. But do check you have 5v dc from psu.. centre pin is +ve.
