Nagrace HPH RK3288 Vs Minix Neo X8H

I am in need of an additional Android TV box and already have a Minix Neo X8H

I am not especially happy with the Minix and have been looking into the RK3288 boxes.


Netflix on the Minix was horrible until I installed finless 2.0, and it is still a bit iffy, I often have to close all apps and restart netflix.

I am looking at the Nagrace HPH RK3288, it seems like a good box and some folks on these forums have mentioned it.

I need a box with good wifi, stable netflix and decent 1080p playback over a samba network/share, not too fussed about other stuff. To be fair the Minix does the job atm, I just want a smoother experience. Custom roms and Root is a must too.


Thoughts and suggestions are welcome

Just a quick update, i bought a 32gb nagrace hph ntv6, 4gb ram RK3288


lets just say even without rooting/custom rom this thing blows the minix out of the water, its fast, stock apps are good. netflix is perfect. I can stream 1080 3D movies over wifi without any issues.

well worth it imo.
