No initial setup

Hello guys

Today I've got my Pipo X7 and I've instantly noticed that there was no initial setup when I first powered on device. After the boot system has automatically log me in into admin account. Normally I should be processing through initial setup.
I'm just wondering is this is something I should be worry about?

P.S. Do You guys know is there any way to force Windows to automatically launch screen keyboard once text box is pressed? That would be very useful.

I think you can make a factory data reset (like in android) on those box, usely it reset the entire box so maybe you will get setup.
