How do I unpack a allwinner (mele) rom ?

I am trying to unpack a allwinner rom but not sure the best way to do it so I can get access to the remote.config file. I found a program but all I get are .fex files ?

if you are using windows and you just want that one file quick, you can use ext4unpacker.
run it, open system.fex, navigate to usr/keylayout and extract the sunxi-ir.kl.
please note that you can not use the tool for repacking.
if you also want to repack, you should watch the video on post #1 in this thread.
