Software for remote support on android boxes

I am setting up a few android tv boxes for my family and I would like to be able to remote onto their boxes and give them support when needed.

I was hoping i could use Teamviewer for this as I have used this on a pc many times.

so what i did was

- box that I want to control - installed teamviewer quick support
- device i want to control FROM (e.g. Samsung tablet) - installed teamviewer remote control for android

I launch quick support on the android box and take note of the user id

on the tablet i launch teamviewer and under connect i type in the user id of the box i want to remote onto.

Any ideas people?

What do you use?

I then get an error "feature not available" which i dont understand why

When i try to "establish a test connection" I get a message about ..all demo computers in use.

I may be off, but I thought you need to install QS on both devices. Team Viewer for Android is solely for remote controlling PCs AFAIR.
