Best intel Windows 8.1 so far

It's been a couple of months since its introduction, before buying what specs and recommendations to look for, also if possible pros and cons and initial cost.

Hi i am not sure i understand the title
Do you mean the best Win 8.1 mini PC/TV player so far ?
I am playing with the Pipo X7 now that comes with 8.1 Bing pre-installed and like it so much that i have bought some units to be used as spares.
I come from Win 7/64 bit and i prefer this 8.1/32bit OS.

Hi and sorry but i have not yet installed it
I have only streamed from Netflix and Youtube with quite decent results (there is a difference of course compared to my i5 with 8GB RAM and a quite powerful video card ... that is normal, but the outcome is ok)
However ... there is a very good video on Youtube with a well done review
It works even better with Kodi !

Speaking of OSs if Skype on Linux were easier i would migrate. I have a great admiration for Linux.
It is a very good OS and works splendidly even on HWs of limited capacities.
As i have mostly streaming needs (from web and NAS) i am completely sold on this little mini PC concept
I have bought 5 Pipos already .... just in case
