Cube Talk 9X vs. Teclast P90HD

Ive been looking at a few different tablets online. These 2 and I would consider something from Onda or Ramos too. I just want something thats well built and will be reliable. I only want to spend about $150-175.

I would like to hear from anyone that has one of these. Or even just someone that has experience with one of these brands. Android 4.4, quad core, IPS screen are a must. Something between 8.9 and 9.7 inches.
