MX3 ROM modification using Amlogic Customization tool Error

I used 111k4 ROM and flashed MX3 using USB Burning Tool - Success

Now i used Amlogic customization tool v 2.0.3 and loaded the 111k4 ROM and unpacked by selecting first 3 check boxes. unpack successful . Now i didnt make any chnages and click on pack - pack successful and created new ROM (without any modifications)

new ROM is flashed using USB Burning tool to MX3 box - Success but after starting the box it got stuck at boot image

Please some help me, how to use the customization tool

Can it unpack the first level and pack and flash properly. Try one step at a time. Double check java installation per instructions.

I can able to unpack the package for all levels . tried to modify some parameters and re packed. It worked.

I am currently thinking on how to retrieve the ROM from device with all kodi add ons and other applications installed ( Bob published one article on how to retrieve the ROM from RK3288 devices)

Does any one help me how can we do that for Amlogic S802 boxes?

yes i would like to edit an amlogic .img file with the customization tool and i would like to add a few bits into system/etc, system/bin/ & system/preinstall is this possible?

Can the Customization Tool edit the kernel bits that govern the large TCPIP Buffers? What about the string of File Permissions needed Kodi can I fix those with this tool too?
Or is this really just to extract, and inject such Boot Animation(s), plus Apps in the Pre-install Folder?

An *.img file here refers to a Drive Image, not an actual Picture or anything. And, yes I gather from my intuition that this is mostly a Tool for editing the Boot (Google TV), and MBOX Animation Boot Screens.
Though I'm unsure as to how far down this Customization Tool actually goes. Which is why I'm interested to know if I can alter the Kernel enough to enable Large TCP Buffers... (A known bug of these Boxes since FW103k4!!), so as to not cause so much needless lagging! When watching high bandwidth stuff like say Football on USTVnow. Not that this is a problem per-say in the current Baseball Season.

I have installed AMlogic customization tool,but can to edit just first level,for other 3 levels i get error -do not detect JDK,-but i have installed JDK.

You have to set environment variable in windows.

Do you have example path,just afraid to make some changes which can make me problem in OS.

I have on win XP amlogic and Allwinner cutomizations tools.
