MK808B Plus Bluetooth auto connect

Hi everyone,

I just bought MK808B Plus, and am loving it. I have one issue, though.

MK808B Plus is always on. I have SPMC installed, and play audio from SPMC on speakers connected to a Bluetooth music receiver (Belkin Bluetooth Music Receiver F8Z492).


I only turn on the bluetooth music receiver and the speakers when I listen to music from SPMC, so the Bluetooth of MK808B Plus disconnects from the bluetooth music receiver as soon as the music receiver is turned off. I have the bluetooth always turned on within MK808.

The problem is when I turn on the bluetooth music receiver. When I want to listen to music, and turn the bluetooth music receiver on, MK808 does not automatically connect to it, even though I have already paired them. I also tried using an app called Bluetooth Auto Connect, but MK808 still does not automatically connect to the bluetooth music receiver when it turns on. So, everytime I turn the bluetooth music receiver on, I have to go into Setting > Bluetooth in MK808, turn Bluetooth off, and then turn it back on, to trigger MK808 to search and recognise the bluetooth music receiver as a device to connect.

Is there any way to make MK808 automatically recognise and connect to the bluetooth receiver as soon as it is turned on?

Maybe a tasker program to automate this....don't use Bluetooth...just throwing this out there.

I figured it out! I've installed Tasker and Auto Bluetooth Connect.

In Tasker, I set the profile to BT near, then this triggers the Auto Bluetooth Connect plugin within Tasker.

bluetooth headophones and audio HMI at the same time in MK808B Plus

Hello,
i want to connect bluetooth headphones to the Mk808Bplus, I have tested and it works, but as you mentioned you have to place a tasker or disable/enable each time you want to connect.
i wanted to know if there is any way to hear the movie from the headphones and the TV at the same time.I mean, some times I wanted to hear the movie louder and another person doesnt want, so perhaps there is any way to do it, becuase once I connect the headphones the audio via HMI disconnects.

Hmm. Not sure about having audio out both through the HDMI and bluetooth - I suspect it's not possible unless you output audio to a mixer first. This is because we are now talking about 2 audio channels.

If you have external speakers, you could use them by plugging them into a Bluetooth audio receiver. That way, bluetooth audio will be sent to both your Bluethooth headphones and the external speakers plugged into the bluetooth receiver.

It's the one and only Tasker - look it up on Play Store. It's pretty cool once you understand how it all works.

Installed tasker and autobluetooth, set profile as BT near with standard devices and no connected. set task to plugin auto bluetooth, but nothing happens, in the notification bar appears profile is not active. I have to switch on and off blueetooth to pair my headset, could you send me your settings?

I had the same problem. I created a task to automate switching on and off Bluetooth based on the WiFI connection. So when I turn on my NAS (I know it's weird, but I turn off my NAS when I'm not using it) - i.e. WIFI near - bluetooth status turns on.
