Playstore Compatibility

Hi there!
I just bought a neo x7 , updatet it with the CE-Firmware und i am quite happy with it.

There is only trouble with the playstore compatibility.
I rootet the device, tried 'Market Helper', but it did not work.
I have editet the build.prop , but it did not work, i could not save it (even with su-rights).

Is there any chance to install 'skylanders trap team app' on the x7 ?

Yes, i tried that.
Even checkt with rootchecker if rooting is ok.
Seems that market helper dos not do anything to my device...

Is there any other option?
Why can i edit the build.prop but can not save it?

Hopefully someone with experience will reply.
I am still an entry-level noob on Android.
I am curious, what are you using to edit the build.prop?
Are you sure that "/"(root) is mounted as read/write and not just mounted as read only?
On my rooted UT3, I use root explorer(v.3.3.3), it shows "/" mounted as read only, but it offers to mount as R/W. I have not done so yet.
Anyway, these "shots-in-the-dark", probably serve only to show my relative ignorance under Android's hood.

I managed to install the app (downloaded from an alternative market) but, even if all the data were successfully downloaded, the game did not even starts. After the splash screen, it hangs and forcely closes.
The same happens with a Cube talk 9x!
