I just brought this new cx-919 rk3188 ,does it have the new kitkat update in it already or do I have to put it in? I 'am new at this.

Its easy enough to update to 4.4 but a bit more tricky to go back to 4.2..Some 4.2 stock roms are ok so its up to you I you decide to update to 4.4
