Change default Sound Device Manager on boot?

I have a Minix A2 AirMouse and a MK908II stick. Every time it boots, the sound output is automatically routed to the Minix remote. It only takes a few clicks to change the output but it's quite annoying and I'm guessing there must be a way to automate this. I tried in Tasker but I don't have a clue what I'm doing!

I know that Minix released updated firmware for their boxes that let the user choose the default sound output but this isn't available to me with having a MK908II.

Is there a way to change the default sound output in Sound > Sound Devices Manager?

I use Soundabout. It doesn't change the settings, but it will reroute the audio.

Thanks, I looked at Soundabout. I'll give it a go if there's no other options but would prefer to change the audio settings rather than reroute it if possible.

I think the change is superficial, unless you have something that is reading your setting to see what the default output is, soundabout will do the job.

Sorry to reopen an older thread...

I have the problem, that the USB sound card gets unresponsible if I activate SoundAbout.
That leads to the effect that my mic is not usable which is plugged to the USB sound card.

I didn´t find any setting just now to get audio on HDMI together with using the sound card with attached mic.

Do you guys have any idea how to fix that?
