Which OpenElec Build is compatible with my Version of MBOX MXIII ?

Hi,

i found on this source several OpenElec Builds:

I have the square MBOX MXIII 4K with 2 GHZ Quad , 1 GB RAM and 8 GB Storage.

It is this one:



As far as i see, i couldn´t also find a TWRP or CWM Version for my box, only something for the 2 GB RAM Version.


Has someone a tip for me ?

not sure what you mean what variant but i think i just copied contents to micro sd card and used twrp i think theres a read me file in the download . i switched back oman rom because os some problem i had . i think i only used open elec because of cec but i couldnt get it to work . im sure somone else can instruct you i just hoped i doing right pricedure i dont want to ruin your box by advising you wrong

First off, if you want to go "ROM Hopping"... You should first consider flashing TWRP Recovery see HERE:http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...l=1#post289472 -NOTE-: You will need to take your USB Mouse along, as TWRP does NOT recognize any IR Remotes... Yet.

That, said I've been using OpenELEC-Amlogic.MX3.arm-5.0.6.zip, for the last few Days now, and for the most part I find it works better then the Android, where my DVB-C>IP Device (A Fritz Repeater DVB-C: http://avm.de/produkte/fritzwlan/fri...epeater-dvb-c/), is concerned. HD Channels have much less lag, and the Audio stays in sync with OpenELEC. Sadly this is NOT the case with Android right now.

Another cool thing about OpenELEC is the fact that I can use my Bluetooth USB Module now, sadly I can't seem to get a lock on my Headphones (Philips SHB7000), it always lands with a "Bluetooth Error: No such File or Directory". However I am able to at least push files off of my Phablet, and onto the MXIII this way.

Which is worth noting, 'cause I too have the 1G/8G - non 802.11a & Bluetooth Version of the MXIII
